MRI Safety Training
MRI safety training is required for all faculty, staff and students who will work around and inside the MRI magnet rooms or will need access to the area. Level 1 training is required for anyone who will work inside the magnet room or needs unaccompanied access the MRI control area. Level 2 training is required for anyone who will not go inside the magnet room, and will always be accompanied by MRI personnel in the MRI control area. Level 1 or Level 2 safety training must be renewed annually. For more information please view this PowerPoint explaining our MRI Safety Training.
